The installation of chain-link fencing includes digging holes, placing the posts 2’ into the dirt or concrete. Then we attach the chain link mesh to the posts. We use steel tubing for all our chain link projects. Corner posts are also called "terminal posts", are to be set in concrete or anchored to avoid leaning or undesired bending. Also, this can compromise the integrity of the fence. Every Post that is set between the terminal post is known as "line posts" and is set every 8 feet. Sunset Fencing connects the fence at one end, pulls it, and connects at the opposite end.

Lastly, we will tie the chain link fence to each line post with industrial grade wire. Depending on the project, we will stretch the bottom tension wire, also known as "coil wire”. Then between each line post to help minimize the weaving movement that happens at the end of the chain link mesh between posts. Then all there is left to do is stretch and tighten any loose hardware.
